The Nicholson Family    August 22, 2004 Dear Ruthann and Michael, Hi it’s me Maverick. I found my photo on your web site. Thank you so much for posting me. I feel like a celebrity. This is my second anniversary in my new home. So many interesting things have happened this past year. I now have 2 fenced acres to run. I have so much fun with the squirrels, (I call them all Rocky) haven’t caught one yet. But, it’s still fun. I’ve gained a few pounds. As of June 1st ~ weigh 98 lbs. I guess I would weigh more, but I’m very active outside, either running after Rocky, or racing cars or trucks that come down our road. I’m on the inside of the fence. I wouldn’t go out the gate I’m too happy here at home. Cheyenne’s brother Gator was here this spring for a week, he was on R/R, his owners went to Vegas. We had a great time, we get along very well. Dakota is another story. If he comes over I just retire to my room, until he leaves. I’m enclosing updated photos of myself hope you like them. - Also, I slipped in one of Cheyenne, just for you. She is bossy, but I love her. Before, I close I want to thank you both again for calling my Mommy. I still follow her around wherever she goes. I just want her to know that I’ll always protect her.
